˖⁺‧₊˚✦Flash Info✦˚₊‧⁺˖
♡ All available flash designs can be found on my shop page. Non-repeatable designs are secured on a first come, first served basis, and repeatable designs can be secured by anyone an indefinite number of times.
♡ All flash designs on my shop are priced by the booking deposit. This deposit is non-refundable and will go towards the total cost of the tattoo. The fixed or approximate total cost of the tattoo will be found in the description on the shop page for it, and the remaining balance will be due at the time of your appointment. Deposit amounts may vary depending on size and complexity of the design. By purchasing a design from my shop, you agree to my Deposit Policy.
♡ Small details may be modified for flash, so long as it is a reasonably small change, such as colors. Please specify in the “additional info” field of the booking form if you would like a slight modification to the flash design you book. Please note that this may result in the total cost changing, and it will be discussed at the time of your request.
♡ If you see a non-repeatable flash design that you want but is sold out, feel free to send a custom inquiry if my customs are open, and I will be happy to design you something similar!
˖⁺‧₊˚✦Custom Info✦˚₊‧⁺˖
♡ I am currently taking limited customs due to working a full time job alongside my apprenticeship. I plan to take more custom inquiries once I am stable enough to tattoo full time, but in the meantime I appreciate the patience as I navigate working two jobs! You can book a custom design by selecting the “custom design” option on my shop page. If the “custom design” option in my shop is sold out, this means I am no longer taking custom inquiries. You may find when I am opening my books for customs again on my Instagram bio.
♡ The booking deposit for customs will be due once I have accepted your design, and prices of the deposit and total amount of the tattoo will vary based on size and complexity of the design. The deposit is non-refundable and will go towards the total cost of your tattoo. The remaining balance will be due at the time of your appointment. By paying the booking deposit, you agree to my Deposit Policy.
♡ I will choose customs based on what I believe best fits my style and interests. Custom inquiries will be drawn in my own style, and I will not tattoo another artist’s work.
♡ If I accept your inquiry, I will not show you the design until you arrive to your appointment. This is to prevent art theft, or taking the design to another artist to tattoo instead of me. We can discuss at the time of your appointment if changes need to be made. If you want something entirely different than what I had designed, you will need to put down another deposit to secure a new appointment. This is why it’s important to be specific with your inquiry!
♡ Please be as detailed as you can when submitting a custom inquiry. Reference pictures, concepts, mood boards, color palettes, even crude stick figure drawings are all incredibly helpful to ensure I create a custom design that you like! Any reference pictures can be sent to halo.exe.tattoo@gmail.com after completing my booking form. If you do not send references, I will assume you want me to have full creative control over the project, and I will do what I personally want to do with your idea.
˖⁺‧₊˚✦What To Know For Your Appointment✦˚₊‧⁺˖
♡ Please make sure to come to your appointment healthy, well rested, haven eaten, and hydrated. Please drink plenty of water in the days leading up to your appointment! It is also recommended that you keep your skin moisturized, but please do not come to your appointment with freshly lotioned/oiled skin at the site of your tattoo. Skin that is dehydrated and dry will not take ink well, and freshly moisturized skin makes the stencil harder to stick.
♡ Feel free to bring your own snacks or drinks! We typically have snacks and drinks in the shop available as well.
♡ Please wear comfortable clothing that will easily allow me to access the area of your body we are tattooing. We have bathrooms with stalls if you would like to bring a change of clothes, and I have room dividers available to give us more privacy if you are getting a more private area tattooed. I cannot guarantee that your clothes will not get ink or stencil on them, so please don’t wear anything that you don’t mind possibly getting dirty!
♡ You may bring 1 adult guest with you to your appointment. Children and animals are not allowed in the shop.
♡ I would prefer to not use numbing creams if possible, as it complicates the tattoo application and healing process. I do have Bactine available, which has Lidocaine in it, a numbing agent. I am told that I have a light hand, but please be aware of your pain tolerance!
♡ Please be prepared to sit or lay for an extended period of time, depending on the size, complexity, and position of your tattoo. We can take as many breaks as you need, and we can reschedule to finish a tattoo that we cannot fit into one session. This will be discussed if needed during your appointment.
˖⁺‧₊˚✦Rescheduling and Cancellations✦˚₊‧⁺˖
♡ If you are late to your appointment, please email me ASAP at halo.exe.tattoo@gmail.com or by responding to the text message you will receive 30 minutes prior to your appointment. If you are 15 minutes or more late to your appointment with no communication, I will consider it as a No-Show.
♡ If you need to reschedule your appointment, please let me know at least 1 week before your appointment. If you are sick the day of your appointment, or have an emergency, please let me know ASAP via email.
♡ If you reschedule your appointment more than once, or within 7 days of your appointment date, you will have to put down a new deposit to book another appointment. Your original deposit will be forfeited to make up for lost time and income.
♡ Rude behavior, or a consistent and excessive amount of reschedules may result in my decision to refuse to schedule or reschedule you altogether, and I have the right to repost the design as flash.
♡ Cancellations will result in your deposit being forfeited, and I have the right to repost the design as flash.
♡ No-Showing will forfeit your deposit, you will be refused to schedule with me again unless explanation is provided, and I have the right to repost the design as flash.

˖⁺‧₊˚✦Shop Location and Parking✦˚₊‧⁺˖
♡ I am currently apprenticing and working at Baby Baby Tattoo in downtown Minneapolis! We are located in the Kickernick building on the 7th floor, at 430 N 1st Ave, Suite 730, Minneapolis MN, 55401
♡ The building has a large sign above the front entrance that says “Kickernick”, and the doors and windows have scissors on them. If you are having trouble finding the building, please message me via email, or by responding to the text message you will get 30 minutes prior to your appointment time.
♡ The front entrance may be locked, please respond to the text you will receive 30 minutes prior to your appointment once you arrive, and I will come down to let you into the building. If front desk staff is present, they may let you in and escort you to the shop.
♡ Our studio is located in Downtown Minneapolis, and we do not have a parking lot or designated parking spaces for clients. Please plan ahead and make sure you have time to find parking before your appointment. For parking, I recommend:
1.) Metered street parking, there is typically plenty of metered parking available right outside or nearby the building
2.) Parking Ramp B and Parking Ramp C
3.) Butler Park Parking Lot
4.) Fine Line Parking Lot
˖⁺‧₊˚✦Aftercare✦˚₊‧⁺˖
♡ It will be discussed at the time of your appointment how you would like to bandage your tattoo. I prefer to use Saniderm, but if you have sensitivities to Saniderm or adhesives, I also have plastic wrap available.
♡ Saniderm is a clear, flexible bandage that can be left on your tattoo for up to 4 days. You can sleep and shower with it on. It may fill with fluid, this is completely normal. If the seal is broken and leaks, or it begins to peel off on its own, or if you notice any irritation around the Saniderm, please take it off. It is easiest to take the Saniderm off under clean running water, such as in the shower. Gently peel it away from your skin in the direction of hair growth, and dispose of in a trash receptacle.
♡ If your tattoo was wrapped with plastic wrap and medical bandage, please take it off and dispose of it in a trash receptacle a few hours after your appointment. You may rewrap your tattoo after washing it with your own clean plastic wrap, and with clean hands, to sleep with if you wish.
♡ Once your bandage of choice has been removed, keep your tattoo as clean as possible. Wash twice a day for 1 week with gentle, unscented soap. I recommend the gold Dial antibacterial soap. After washing, dry by gently dabbing with a clean paper towel. Do not wipe the water away as it can irritate the fresh tattoo. Moisturize the area after washing with a very thin layer of Aquaphor, then with gentle unscented lotion after a couple days.
♡ Make sure to wear clean clothes, and sleep with clean bedding. Try not to do any activities that will cause excessive sweating, apply friction to the tattoo site, or expose it to sunlight for extended periods of time while it heals. Do not swim or keep your fresh tattoo submerged in water, and do not expose it to dirt or chemicals.
♡ Around 1-2 weeks after you get tattooed, it will begin to peel and feel itchy. This is completely normal, please refrain from scratching at your tattoo or peeling the skin off. Let it shed by itself. Scratching or peeling may lead to patchiness in the ink, or even opening a wound.
♡ If you notice any signs of infection, please contact a physician immediately.
